A. COMMON REASONS
In a series of final exams education at SMK 49
Jakarta academic year 2011/2012. All students are required competency test as
students have the expertise which will be held at SMK 49 Jakarta. I make an
effort in the sale of beverages, namely beverages ES CAMPUR TING - TING.
B. BACKGROUND
a. SPECIFIC REASONS
In order to exercise my skills in entrepreneurship,
compatible with the program of my department is marketing. For that, I do
CAMPUR ES beverage sales TING - TING. First place I chose was at SMK 49 Jakarta.
b. PURPOSE OF BUSINESS
- The purpose of making these efforts in order to:
- Gain experience
- Develop an entrepreneurial spirit
- Provide customer satisfaction
C. ASPECTS OF MARKETING AND MARKETING STRATEGY
1) Aspects of the Market
1.1 Locations
I'm going to open a business at SMK 49 Jakarta
1.2 Market Potential
Because my goal is to enable students, teachers, and
employees. I believe the market potential of ES sales CAMPUR TING - TING is big
enough, because the location is a strategy to open a business.
1.3 Level of Competition
The level of competition will I face is not too
high, but I am aware of the competition from the alternative product. But, I
believe, can face it all, because ES MIXED-TING TING chose its own
characteristics that can attract consumers.
1.4 Market Opportunities

enough, because apart from the competition level is not too high. ES MIXED-TING

- Print and distribute brochures with an interesting
view of consumers.
- Provide a sample of ES CAMPUR TING -TING that I
sell.
2.5 Service (Service)
I will serve customers with excellent service and
the best that is by applying the concept of A3 (Attitude, Attention, Action)
and 5S (Smile, Greeting, Sapa, Courteous and Polite) because the concept is a
marketing strategy that is best for serving their clients, in order to
consumers feel satisfied and not disappointed

In doing business to achieve maximum results, with
the way I conducted a SWOT analysis in order to determine the strengths,

VIII. TARGET SALES
In carrying out business activities, surely everyone
has a target in sales. And I also have a sales target of this activity is
sebesat 85% (the portion to 85 in the amount of Rp 425,000) for the selling
rate is already above the Break Event Point (BEP).
IX. CONCLUSION
My expectations for product ES MIXED-TING TING is so
that these products can be developed and advanced. In addition, I expect that
the beverage product is not diminished because ES MIXED-TING TING is very good
and quality.
